Hotel Havana Staycation

To celebrate 4 years of love, Richard and I had a beautiful staycation in one of our favorite spots in the city, Hotel Havana. I filmed a vlog of our stay so be sure to scroll all the way down to watch!

Right after work on Friday we packed our bags, dropped off the dogs at my mom's house and jumped in the car. First stop was a restaurant called Rebelle. Richard's design firm actually had a hand in designing the logo so dining there felt extra special. We usually share multiple entrees when we're trying new places to keep it interesting and Rebelle was no exception.

After our bellies were full we walked back to the hotel and had a night cap at one of our first date spots. The Hotel Havana basement bar is beautiful and haunting all at the same time. They also make the best margarita in San Antonio (in my opinion).
Waking up in clean sheets to the hustle and bustle of the city was one of the best feelings. After soaking in the beautiful room a little longer we walked down to the hotel restaurant, Ocho, and had ourselves a grand breakfast. If you can't stay a whole night at the hotel I highly recommend stopping by for their brunch, dinner, or even just a drink! One of my favorite spots in town.

  3. In the United Kingdom a hotel is required by law to serve food and drinks to all comers within certain stated hours; to avoid this requirement it is not uncommon to come across "private hotels" which are not subject to this requirement. However, in Japan the capsule hotel supplies minimal facilities and room space. The cost and quality of hotels are usually indicative of the range and type of services available. Due to the enormous increase in tourism worldwide during the last decades of the 20th century, standards, especially those of smaller establishments, have improved considerably. For the sake of greater comparability, rating systems have been introduced, with the one to five stars classification being most common. Service apartments in Bandra
