Thin Tea - Does it work?

The kind people of Thin Tea recently contacted me and asked if I'd like to try some of their tea! I was a little hesitant at first because when it comes to the things I put in and on my body I want to make sure it can only benefit me. They reassured me that everything about this tea is natural and there is no dairy, gluten, preservatives, additives, caffeine or laxatives and to top it off, it's vegan friendly! It hasn't quite been the full 28 days but in just a little over a week I'm noticing crazy results..

I usually wake up and start my day with a glass of water while I brew the detox blend. (pictured below) I'll usually have oatmeal, cereal or eggs with my tea.

The detox blend contains: organic fennel seed, organic nettle leaf, marshmallow leaf, organic juniper berry, organic dandelion root and organic rose petal.

When I opened the bag for the first time a spicy but sweet aroma engulfed me and I was intrigued!
I try to maintain a balanced diet throughout the day and do my best to stay away from processed sugar and bread as much as I can but lets be honest.. sometimes that king size Reece's calls your name and that's okay! because you have your fat burning blend tea to drink. (pictured below) I'll have this with another glass of water just before dinner is ready.

The fat burn blend contains: organic peppermint, olive leaf, dandelion leaf, hawthorn leaf & flower, coleus root, organic cinnamon, and ginger root.

The peppermint is the stand out ingredient here. It really refreshes your body while cleansing your mind and helping to relieve the stress of the day. I usually sip on this while writing down my To Do List for the rest of the week and jotting down thoughts I had about my day in my journal.
After keeping up with this routine for a little over a week I noticed a clearer mind, more energy and a flatter less bloated stomach in the evenings and mornings. I find that when I take the time to stick to a small routine such as making sure I'm drinking tea every morning and night I also take time to consume foods that are more beneficial to me, get in a small exercise, and make sure I get enough sleep. Change your life a little bit and you might change a lot!
