Kale Smoothie

The thought of veggies in drink form has always kind of weirded me out but this smoothie tastes so delightful! It's not only extremely healthy and filling but leaves you completely energized. Perfect for breakfast or a sweet treat throughout the day.



A simple smoothie recipe everyone should know by heart: 

3 strawberries 
1 banana (extra ripe for a sweeter taste)
1/2 cup almond milk 
handful of kale

  1. i made one today with frozen mango, frozen berries, kale, spinach, chard greens, gogi berries, chia seeds and coconut water. it was sooooooo good

  2. This seems to be one delicious smoothie recipes that seems easy to learn, easy to make and at a low cost. I would like to suggest that you should add up a step by step instruction to make the recipe.
